Service Description

Fitness is more than just walking at the mall. This screen covers strength, range of motion, standing balance, walking balance, walking speed and endurance. At the end of the screen I review your performance and for each category and I give one of the following recommendations on how to best move forward: 1. Your doing great! Keep doing what you're doing! 2. Give you a couple simple exercises for you to address the issue on your own. 3. Referral to physical therapy. 4. Referral to other appropriate provider. Life is more fun when you are healthy. Don't pass up an opportunity to play with your grandkids because of limitations due to pain or immobility.
