Nicholas Rech, PT, CSCS

Nick offers an alternative experience to the traditional and often busy outpatient clinic.

Many people know they would benefit from physical therapy but they just don't go whether it's due to:

  • lack of time because you are a busy parent or professional

  • lack of transportation

  • physically difficult to go to an outpatient clinic

  • don't feel comfortable exercising in a busy environment

To overcome these barriers and get you the care you want, Nick comes to your home.

He knows you value personalized care and will work with you to achieve your specific goals.

Serving the Grand Island area with home visits and the whole state of Nebraska via telehealth.

Care Philosophy

Movement and mobility are a basic human right. Everyone should have the opportunity to stay as active and independent as possible throughout life.

Physical therapy teaches you to build and keep the strength, balance, flexibility and endurance needed to perform at your highest level whether it's sports or safely walking through the grocery store.

Physical therapy can reduce pain to improve your quality of life with reduced need for pain medications or repeated doctor visits.

As your therapist, Nick looks to form a team with you to guide you to meet your goals.
