Service Description

Life is a lot more fun when you are healthy and able to enjoy your time with friends and family. I perform a detailed assessment to find the cause of pain or impairment then work with you to quickly improve to get back to your best self. I will send you an intake form via email prior to the visit to get your history so we can efficiently evaluate and treat your issue in the comfort of your home. I give you the education, knowledge and exercise program to be able to manage pain and other functional issues on your own. If I determine that you need in-person care, I will come to your home or refer you to a local provider.
